WHAT IS DFCE17?
DFCE is an acronym for Deaf Free Camp Europe.
The first DFCE was 16 years ago and held in The Netherlands.
The concept is simple and unique: each participant must be deaf and aged 18-32.
Note that each country can bring 8 participants. It is an opportunity to everyone to meet new friends, to explore different cultures and join in different activities and games.
The 17th edition will be in PORTUGAL!
